Overview

This refund policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by insightyeti.com ("we," "us," or "our") through our customer feedback management platform.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • We offer a 48-hour refund window from the date of payment for monthly subscriptions
  • Refund requests made within this window will be processed for the full amount
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued after the 48-hour window has expired

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the entire year
  • We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of payment for annual subscriptions
  • Refund requests made within this window will be processed for the full amount
  • After the 14-day window, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis, less a 20% administrative fee
  • No refunds will be issued for the final 60 days of an annual subscription term

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

  • Service disruption occurs for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our system failure
  • Technical issues prevent core feature functionality, and we are unable to provide a resolution within 7 business days
  • Duplicate charges occur due to system error
  • Subscription is canceled within the designated refund window

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Lack of usage of the service
  • Dissatisfaction with platform features that were accurately described
  • Self-caused data loss or user errors
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change in business needs or requirements

Plan Downgrades

  • Downgrades from Business to Growth, or Growth to Starter plans will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle plan downgrades
  • Any unused premium features or credits will not be refunded

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a refund request by dropping a mail to proxyvecto.rss@gmail.com
  2. Include your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Payment Processing Fees

  • For approved refunds, we will refund the full eligible amount
  • Payment processing fees charged by our payment processors are non-refundable

Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment
  • We are not responsible for any variations in refund amount due to exchange rate fluctuations

Special Circumstances

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. For enterprise customers with custom contracts, refund terms specified in the contract will supersede this general refund policy.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
